Salvo is a savant with chemicals and explosives. He loves fire and talks to it -- whether or not it actually talks back is anyone’s guess. Although Salvo’s way of interacting with the world is strange - he’s eccentric at best and quite mad at worst - he’s deeply loyal to Emberlord Agnar and the Blazing Brews.

Salvo often walks a dangerous line between safety and pyromania, and it has cost him his leg along with more than a little time locked up in a prison for ‘unnecessary zeal with explosives’ and arson.
